Gold Standard Security aims to become a leading UK recognized provider in the training and security services industry.

In early 2012 the business incorporated the provision of training services. We quickly recognized that in-house training was more effective and efficient for our own staff. In the early years, we worked closely with several training providers. However, we invested in up-skilling our own workforce to become qualified trainers. We now have several of our own staff qualified to teach many aspects of security, first aid and other related courses to our business.

During early 2014 we were delighted to become an approved training centre via the Highfield’s awarding body for all our first aid training. In early 2015 we also became an approved training centre for Industry Qualifications for all our security qualifications. Since then we have provided training to local councils, government bodies and various companies throughout the leisure industry. In addition, we provide training to companies within the care industry including childcare and to private individuals who wish to skill themselves in dealing with medical emergencies.

Up to the present day, all the feedback has been positive and everyone receives certificates within one month of completion. Our training to date has been in the Staffordshire and West Midlands areas. The venues that we use ensure a light, pleasant, spacious environment conducive to learning. Further development into training provision of new subjects is under constant review.
