Gold Standard Security’s Door Supervisors provide a quality service at hundreds of venues throughout the United Kingdom. We provide experienced staff for pubs, nightclubs, leisure centres, stadia and private functions. All our staff have received internal training to the highest standard and are aware of recent and relevant changes in legislation relating to their role and most importantly to public safety. All door supervisors have received SIA approved training in the following disciplines:
- Customer Service
- Conflict Management
- Physical Intervention
- Emergency First Aid at Work
Our Contract Managers will liaise with your Venue Managers to ensure a bespoke service delivered, to what we refer to, as the Gold Standard. If required, on-site senior door supervisors or team leaders can work closely with the Venue Management, the Police or any other Local Authority to ensure that the event runs safely, smoothly and professionally.
We pride ourselves on establishing a team atmosphere amongst our employees and with those with whom we are working in partnership. Part of the Gold Standard is to train our Door Supervisors in the development of excellent communication skills and we believe that not just ‘Good’ but ‘Great’ Communication is at the heart of any successful business.
All SIA Approved Contractor Scheme and ISO 9001 documentation will be provided and monitored regularly for each venue, in accordance with the SIA and local authority legislation. We make this a priority to ensure that our standards remain high and that you, as a venue, are covered for every and any eventuality.
